Inter Milan could offer Thomas Vermaelen an escape route out of Arsenal, according to sources in Italy.
The Gunners captain has been unable to break up Arsene Wenger's first-choice defensive partnership of Laurent Koscielny and Per Mertesacker in recent months and last week suggested he would consider his future at the Emirates in January.
Belgium international Vermaelen is keen to secure first-team football ahead of next summer's World Cup and he will also enter the final 18 months of his current contract in the New Year.
Inter boss Walter Mazzarri has concerns after seeing his side ship six goals in their last two league outings and is believed to be monitoring Vermaelen's situation in north London.
The San Siro side were recently taken over by Indonesian billionaire Erick Thohir and they have been tipped to launch a spending spree when the transfer window re-opens in January.
Vermaelen, 27, has made 97 Premier League appearances since joining Arsenal from Ajax in 2009.-- comprar camisetas de futbol baratas
